5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create using MyDailyJot, including your goals, daily jots, and other data ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service
• Sync your User Content across your devices
• Create backups of your User Content
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

MyDailyJot offers both free and premium subscription services. By subscribing to our premium service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the App Store
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days' notice
• No refunds except as required by applicable law

Subscription fees are charged through your App Store account. To cancel, follow the instructions in your device's App Store settings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only device ID and subscription details, with no personal identifiable data or advertising.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyDailyJot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create competing products based on our Service

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

10. Termination
